Positive: Lovely stay, comfortable bed
Communication before the stay was excellent
Negative: We had no glasses in the room
No sugar or milk- had to go downstairs
No fan or air con in the room
The above is just critical feedback- we still enjoyed our stay
We weren’t able to use the shower on the second night/morning as the hot water wasn’t working- not happy about this!!!!
